This fully renovated home sleeps 16 people and is perfect for large groups and families travelling together. The home has absolutely everything you need for your stay in Detroit. There is plenty of space and multiple seating areas to relax and enjoy. Maximum number of guests for this home is 16. 16 ppl max Main floor: Fully equipped kitchen Huge dining communal dining space with seating for 10 Living room with 2 sofas 1 bedroom with Queen size bed 1 sleeper sofa 1 full bathroom (toilet, vanity and shower) PS5 gaming console and full-size arcade Ms. Pacman to keep kids (big & little) entertained 2nd Floor 3 bedrooms: 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, and 2 Twin beds 2 Full Bathrooms 3rd floor loft: King size bed, separate heating and smart TV Central Heating Business grade wifi 3 Smart TVs Tempurpedic mattresses throughout French-style ceramic tile in the kitchen and all 3 bathrooms. Guests will enjoy full access to the home other than the basement area (which is unfinished) other than a utility closet at the bottom of the stairs. Our concierge meets all guests at the outset of the stay to ensure and comfortable check-in, and is available throughout your stay for anything you may need. Our property is in the heart of the West Village, a trendy, "up and coming", quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes east of Downtown. The house is centrally located and only a stone's throw from two of Detroit's award winning restaurants: Sister Pie and Marrow as well as a number of cute local shops. In addition to being close to Downtown, the house is around 3 miles from Belle Isle and Eastern Market, two favourite attractions in Detroit! The residential streets of the West Village include a number of fully restored homes (like ours) as well as new construction. It also showcases many properties that need some yet received love. This is true of most neighborhoods in Detroit. Rest assured, however, that the neighborhood is completely safe and the neighbors are very friendly. The room with the two twin beds adjoins with the room with the two queen beds and they are not separated by a door or curtain. It is an extremely large and beautiful space (about 500 sq feet that has a large ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and vanity) that feels like its own studio apartment. There are 3 full bathrooms. Bathroom 1 and 2 have stand-up tiled showers, and bathroom 3 has an elegant eggshell shaped stand alone tub with shower handle and faucet. The third floor loft has a separate but powerful heater. Maximum guests for this space is 16 people. The maximum capacity for this house is 16 people. No additional guests and no guests who are not listed on the booking. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional fee and are strictly at the host's discretion. Our concierge will check you into the property to ensure a smooth process. You must contact our concierge at the number provided prior to arrival at the property. Any filming or commercial photography bookings subject to approval and agreement of host. Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $250 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks. Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $250). If items in the house are damaged or broken, you will absolutely be required to pay to repair or replace. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS, GATHERINGS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND. THE HOME IS MONITORED BY EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND THERE ARE ANTI-SMOKING SENSORS WITHIN THE HOME. The home was spacious and perfect for our large group—there were 11 of us, and everyone had their own comfortable bed. The layout made it easy to enjoy time together while still having room to spread out. Located in an up-and-coming neighborhood, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The young adults especially loved the Pac-Man arcade game—it was a fun bonus! We were in town for a wedding at Belle Isle, and the location was ideal, just a short drive to the venue. Would stay here again! The host was responsive to our questions, and the concierge, Derrick, was easy to work with and responsive also to our inquiries while there. ##### Cindy B.
