Escape to this modern 1-bedroom loft perched atop a renovated Detroit triplex. Relax on your private patio and soak in breathtaking views of the surrounding treetops, or step out onto the shared balcony for a wider perspective. Inside, you'll find a bright and airy living space with high-end appliances, a luxurious shower, and in-unit washer/dryer for convenience.  
  
The quiet neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat, yet you're just a short drive from the excitement of downtown Detroit.  
The space  
Welcome to our charming property located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. This is the perfect place for guests looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Enjoy the serenity of a community where families reside and relax.  
  
Please note that this is not a suitable location for parties or loud music. We strive to maintain a tranquil environment for all our guests and neighbors.  
  
As an added bonus, a portion of our proceeds goes to \[About Face Detroit\], which aims to further beautify a Detroit neighborhood.

Pets are allowed: Please let us know if there is anything needed to accommodate them (cleaning supplies, bowls etc).
