The property boasts a spacious yard of 400 m2, perfect for sunbathing and relaxation. Additionally, it features Internet WiFi and parking facilities on the premises, ensuring your convenience during your stay.

The property is nestled in a quiet and sunny position, providing a tranquil environment for outdoor activities. It is situated 3.5 km from the center of Detmold and 31 km from the center of Paderborn in Bad Lippspringe, Germany. Guests can enjoy a stepped path (7 steps) leading to the house, allowing easy access. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, with walking paths starting just 20 meters from the property.
