"We spent our 30th wedding anniversary the first week of December 2025\. The hotel is perfect for several reasons. The staff is very cheerful and always happy to help, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The pelican bar happy hour is fantastic and the lobster fest was superb. The free chairs and umbrellas on the beach are a fantastic bonus. We are going back next year same time and we can’t wait to stay at Royal West. "

"We love this place. Our 2 bedroom ocean view room was stunning with updated furniture. The pull out couch was very comfortable. The view outstanding! The only downfall was that the off property restaurant beside was very noisy with loud music at times. Blaring music at 2am and 6am some days. We like the proximity of the pool and restaurant to the beach. Beach had lots of broken shells so I would bring water shoes. The maids did a good job at cleaning."
