"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything. "This was our third time staying at the Concorde. This time, we brought about 20 other people with us. The resort was fully booked but it didn’t feel full. Everyone had a great time between the endless meals, high quality liquor, night entertainment, beach, pool, and some of us even went to the disco! So fun! Will definitely make this an annual thing! "
