"The hotel description on the website is fake. The photos are fake. It's extremely dirty. The music is so loud every evening and night that it's impossible to sleep on the third floor. There are tons of insects, and there's a huge litter dump against the wall of the hotel. The TV in the room doesn't work. There's only cold water, and that's very poor. The power goes out constantly. The restaurant is closed. Staying at the hotel isn't just uncomfortable, it's life-threatening."

"My husband and I had a fabulous night at Daltons on Banana Island! The boat that ferried us across was complimentary and while the waters were choppy, we felt perfectly safe. "I stayed at Bamoy Hotel for four days from the 28th to the 1st. The property itself is very clean, and the pools were amazing definitely one of the highlights of my stay. However, guests should be aware that there are frequent events held at the hotel, especially during the holiday season. The rooms are not soundproof, and the music and noise often went on very late into the night sometimes until 12 a.m., and on some nights until 3–4 a.m. This made it difficult to get proper rest. If you’re visiting mainly to relax and sleep early during the peak festive season, this may not be the best option. Outside of the noise issue, my overall experience was good, and I enjoyed the facilities, but the constant loud music became too much for me as the days went on. I’m not sure what it’s like from January to November, but during the holiday period it’s definitely lively and event-heavy."
