"Appartement pas prêt à notre arrivée, pas nettoyé, linge de maison utilisé, cuisine rempli de cafards. Les cafards se promènent aussi abondamment dans les couloirs et salle à manger. Réfrigérateur dans un état lamentable. Si vous êtes allergiques à la poussière, évitez, quoique la pharmacie très proche est ouverte jusqu’à 22h00 et vend de la ventoline sans ordonnances. Expérience désolante pour la propreté et pour le prix et de bien meilleur appartement ailleurs. "

"In August we booked for a 3 night stay in November as part of our honeymoon tour of SEnegal. We booked and paid for a superior double bungalow. On arrival they had no record of our booking but I was able to verify booking by showing my booking details and receipt on my phone. They told us that we could have the booked room for one night only as it was booked for someone else for the second two nights. They offered us a basic cabin and this is what we accepted as we did not want to take the room...

"Nous avons séjourné trois nuits à la maison qui est très confortable et très calme, cependant, arrivés un premier mai, nous avons pu entrer à la maison mais nous avons dû attendre 2 heures l'arrivée du gérant pour avoir des informations plus précises sur l'éclairage et le fonctionnement des différents appareils... "We arrived about 8hrs later than planned due to over booking, however the staff was there to help us download the bags and help us to our rooms quickly. A light breakfast was provided in the morning and the staff on the 6th floor were so accommodating, I have a 2yr old that slept thru breakfast so I was collecting breakfast for him. Might I say the croissants were amazing, I ended getting up for breakfast every morning to eat 2 of them. We ventured up to the 7th floor and again the staff was so nice. Our rooms were clean, the ac was great and the beds were comfy. Excellent choice of hotels "
