"We chose to stay in this hotel because we were going for a short ski trip and wanted to stay somewhere that had spa facilities, a restaurant and a bar to relax in the evenings. When we arrived they told us that none of the spa facilities were open as advertised, they only had the breakfast restaurant open so no evening meals were being offered and the bar was not open either. None of this was told to us before we arrived. After complaining to Expedia they said nothing could be done and the hotel...

"We booked 1 night for breaking a long drive from Cappadocia to Fethiye. When we arrived around 8pm exhausted, our check-in was delayed due to some payment issue even though we already paid to Expedia upon booking. "We were welcomed and checked in with warmth and generosity. The elevated setting on the Eğirdir peninsula, right next to a small mosque and the spectacular ruins of a Byzantine castle, is magical. The view across the lake sat outside enjoying their traditional cooking was altogether one of the highlights of our tour around Türkiye. If available, order the lake carp!"
