"The hotel was in a really nice secluded bay with a small village about 5 minutes walk away (slow walk) containing some local restaurants and general stores (as with all minibars, there is cheaper options at the local stores). The staff were all very nice, helpful and friendly. The pool was great with the swim up bar very welcome when it was hot. The beach bar has a lovely relaxed feel with good food and a nice sunset view. We met a lovely member of staff there (Kate Nunez) who was so welcoming...

"Hotel room was super cool with a giant fish tank in the room with assorted fish. Tank and room were very clean. The room lighting was cool and calming with even parts of the bed that lit up. Room was rather spacious and bed was very comfy. Big flatscreen TV which even had some American shows and movies. For the price, this place was great. "Ok as far as ok needs to be. Dark rooms, no table and chairs, water heater needed repair. I would say the place has deteriorated in the 13 years since I was there last."

"Gorgeous island and a 5 star property. The advantage of this side of El Nido (Taytay) is that there are no other resorts in the area. You are always alone on trips to small islands or diving.
