"The problem was when I arrived they did not honor my reservation. They informed me that the people before me had a problem with their tour bus breaking down. Therefore they offered to send me to some flea bag hotel for the night. Outside the front door you can smell the open sewer. It’s a good price! "

"The location is very convenient both to walking to interesting places, to the shore, and to public transit. This room is very spacious and comfortable. The beds are not too hard, but still supportive. The bathroom was luxurious with nice toiletries. Hotel staff was efficient and helpful, except that the cleaning staff forgot to leave towels on two occasions. The breakfast is exceptionally good with many options and good quality fruit, etc. The hotel restaurant was one of the best we ate at while in Panamá. Overall a superb choice to stay in Panamá City."

"I’d recommend anyone to stay at the w hotel it was clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel also has a really cool lounge area where you can grab coffee during the day and enjoy creative drinks in the evening, which made the stay even more fun. In addition the hotel was either 10 to 15 minutes from all the excursions that we did."
