"I had a great time at Chelsea’s. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and cleaned every day, central to everything for us tourist who enjoy walking, and many options for dining out. It was the perfect location for me and I would choose Chelsea again when visiting Toronto. Only blemish is not having the middle elevator working but overall a great experience"

"This hotel is very nice, with nice, friendly staff. But most of the elevators were out of service on our stay. It would be nice to have free parking. Plus, what’s with all the Mercedes Benz and Porsches parked out front? I don’t know if this was a trick to show that rich people stay there, but they can park in the lot with the rest of us poorer folk."

"Amazing stay, parking is very easy to find and the staff are all very nice and friendly. The rooftop pool is amazing as well. The view from the room i stayed in had a great view of downtown Toronto with cn tower and water. Fitness centre has all the equipment you will need. Room service was great too. Would def stay again. "Liked the hotel however when we asked to have a late check out, just one hour, we were told it would cost $25. They were not even full the next day because we asked. Just thought for the price that we paid for a room we could have had an extra hour!"
