When we arrived at the hotel a day late, we found that we did not have a double room as requested (in a booking well over a year ago) and Ana, the receptionist, could not explain why this was the case. Se hubiera limpiado adecuadamente (había telarañas en los rincones y las ventanas estaban muy sucias, el olor a humedad era tremendo, especialmente en los dos dormitorios que dan al patio interior,etc).2. La inmobiliaria R2R lo hubiera gestionado correctamente: a) Nos mandó información errónea sobre la localización del apartamento en Felechosa con un enlace que lo situaba en medio de la montaña.
