"Great hotel in lovely quiet area of malta. We had a deluxe room which was fantastic with a large balcony and sea view. This was on the other side of the road from the main hotel building. You can exit onto the road from this side so no need to keep going under the tunnel. Indoor pool was great and very warm. Unfortunatley the roof bar/pool was closed for the season as was the outdoor pool but they looked nice. Bar was nice and drinks reasonably priced. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Bus stop right outside but we had a hire car so didn't use it. There is a car park at the hotel but it is 5 floors underground and very tight - just managed with our Peugeot 108\. There are streets nearby where you can park if you bottle it. Staff were really friendly and the standard of room cleaning was excellent. Defintely stay here if we ever return to Malta."

"Everything was really good but did not receive 5 star service that I was hoping for! Breakfast is amazing! Facilities are really good! However I booked for massage through their online system and on the day they said they don’t have the booking and the spa did not have two people hammam massage available at the same time! So one of the most important relaxing activities that I wanted to do on our holiday I coudnt! And reception stuff simply just said sorry without any real emotion! "

"The staff made this stay excellent - especially Santiago who checked us in and was happy to recommend local eateries for us upon request. The room was spacious and the spa / pool facilities were excellent. There are only few niggles that could do with improvement: the lighting within the room, the availability of room air conditioning year round and a more extensive breakfast (greater fruit availability). That being said, we would definitely return. Truly the staff were so hospitable and kind, and the spa facilities were impressive particularly at the price point. "

"The hotel is lovely and clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. They provide you with water, coffee & tea in your room which was a great touch. Breakfast was really good with a beautiful view. My only criticism was how much building work was going on where the hotel was situated, which isn’t the hotels fault at all hence why I’m not lowering the rating but is just a heads up for other guests. The balcony we had was very spacious and clean though. The hotel is situated walking distance to various shops, restaurants & bars. "
