Ils ne semblent pas non plus avoir l'habitude des réservations via Internet: ma réservation était d'abord arrivée dans le dossier spam de leur ordinateur et ils ont enfin demandé que je paye ma chambre lors de mon check-out alors que celle-ci avait été supposément réglée lors de ma réservation trois mois avant.... If you call the hotel when you get there or before hand, then you can get shuttle service for about $17 (3000 Tenge). If you just want to use a cab: Right outside the airport are taxis that are labeled as such. Stay with those.
