"Great stay. I stayed 4 nights here. I arrived to Puerto Vallarta noon thankfully they were available to accommodate with an early check in. I was assigned to the 20th level, the door of the room did not open with the key and that was due to the “battery”. They had said that they were going to send tech to come and fix it while we went to go eat. When we came back to our room the door didn’t open with the key. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily.
