"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."

"Pleasant reception staff changed the double room we'd been allocated for a twin, as requeste, with no fuss. Second floor room with lovely view of beach. Good breakfast. Excellent beach with plenty of sunbeds. Free onsite parking."
