« Ein tolles Hotel mitten in der Natur! Der Service war einfach klasse. Das Team kümmerte sich hervorragend, war super hilfsbereit und erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch! Das Essen im Restaurant war Spitzenklasse. Es gab eine tolle Karte, auf der man immer etwas Neues finden konnte, auch als Vegetarier. Daher haben wir jeden Abend im Hotel gegessen, zu ganz normalen Preisen. Das Frühstück war auch lecker und abwechslungsreich. Dank Sameera (Koch) haben wir jeden Tag vorzüglich gespeist. « My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. From the patio of the house, we could hear the rapids of the river and surrounded by verdant forest. Staying here truly was a highlight of our Sri Lanka trip. Mr. Maha, the manager was so very helpful, including assisting us to book a hotel in Kandi when it turned out that the place we originally booked was a huge disappointment. He even arranged 2 tuk tuks to take us to the...

« Chambre 262 au premier étage avec vue sur l'arrière calme de l'hôtel. Très bel établissement ancien de style anglais. Les chambres manquent cruellement de modernisme (TV ancienne style cube et surtout pas de wifi dans les chambres mais uniquement à proximité de la réception) Personnel très poli et accueillant. Séjourner dans cet hôtel, c'est plonger dans l'univers luxueux de l'hôtellerie anglaise des années 1900\. »

« We were so impressed with the service and attitude of the staff. This was essentially Rifkhan, who was so attentive and helpful no matter what our queries or requests were. The meals we had in the evening and for breakfast were simple but delicious. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and matched all our expectations. »

« Charmant petit hôtel dans une petite rue. Chambre très confortable, literie impeccable et, cerise sur le gâteau, une couverture moelleuse et chaude. La salle de bain est nickel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et complet.Le personnel est adorable, aux petits soins. Nous avons été accueillis avec du thé et des petits gâteaux. Grand merci ! »

« Arrivée tardive en fin de PM, petit verre au bar style anglais 1890, promenadeen ville, retour à la chambre en soiree, froide, salle de bain pleine de moisissure, pas de chauffage d'appoint. Hotel n'allume le foyer central que sur demande accompgnée de quelques roupies....wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres. Lit simple x 2 pour imiter le lit double.... »

"Excellent hôtel juste à l’entrée de Kandy, très grande chambre vraiment confortable avec vue sur la piscine et la vallée. Télévision et frigo .Extraordinaire petit-déjeuner, belle piscine, accueil professionnel dans un hall magnifique. Personnels très attentifs et professionnels. Certaines chambres ont des matelas plus confortables que d’autres. Je recommande !"
