« We came looking for a camping spot for the solar eclipse. Our site was tucked away at the end of a huge field on a small peninsula with a running river nearby. The camping was amazing, the ground was nice and soft for our tents and we could build the campfire up with an endless supply of firewood. The stars were on full display as there wasnt much light pollution in this area. Taking a splash in the fast and cool river was a highlight. Also loved how sparse the campsites were. great privacy and...

« It’s not often I can say a place looks just like the pictures but in this case, it does! The Murphy bed and theater was not only clean but cozy and perfect for my infant and I. Vanessa provided a pack & play for us as well! It was clean and stocked with anything we’d need. « My partner and I needed a place to camp for the total eclipse and came across Ryan's listing. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. He's such a nice, accommodating host. Taking the time to show us the property and delivering firewood to our site. The land is gorgeous! Great stargazing and sunsets. We chose a spot next to the river to pitch our tent, and we were able to pull our car right up to the site and have easy access to all our gear. The privacy...

« We enjoyed our stay. The host was awesome and even called to see if we had any questions before our stay. The only thing that caught us off guard was there is not central AC, it was two window units. Just something to know incase you are like us and like a cool/cold house. Other than that everything was awesome! Beautiful property to enjoy time on the lake! »

« The Boathouse is literally on the water with all of the amenities you need to take in the pond and nature. It is a quiet and serene area. My only recommendation is load up with beer, wine and food before arriving. You won’t want to leave and there isn’t much food in area. »
