« Hôtel dont les prestations sont très (trop?) simples: pas de ménage quotidien, pas de changement de draps ou de serviettes (à moins de payer un supplément). Lit vraiment inconfortable. Dans cette gamme de prix, il ne faut pas s'attendre à des miracles. Idéalement placé le long de la Toyoko Line, à 20 minutes de Shibuya, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, mais chambre très mal insonorisée (prévoir bouchons d'oreilles) »

« 직원분이 친절하게 대응해 주셨고 갑작스럽게 비가와서 우산을 준비하지 못했는데 친절하게 렌탈해주셔서 비를 맞지 않고 저녁식사를 하러 갈수 있었습니다 4인가족이라 남자2여자2가족실을 사용했으나 가족실 안에 샤워실이 너무 좁아 여성전용 사워실을사용해도 괜찮겠냐고 문의해보니 친절하게 흥쾌이승낙해 주셔서 여자 둘이서 편안하게 사용 할수 있어서 너무나도 좋았습니다 시설도 깨끗했고 관리도 잘 되어 있어서 믿음이 갔습니다 다만 숙소가 3층이라 앨리베이터가 없어서 캐리어를 들고 올라가야했습니다 그것말고는 전반적으로 다 좋았습니다 다음 요코하마 방문시 다시 이용하고 싶습니다 »

« 小型犬1頭連れの夫婦で、一泊利用しました。 民泊は初めてでしたが、事前のメールによる宿泊案内が詳細で、付帯の駐車場等も迷い無く到着しました。 施設は一棟貸しだけあって、広くて明るくて快適に過ごせました。 直ちに修正した方が良いと思われる点が一つ。 入室の際に必要な鍵を収めたキーボックスが送られてきた説明書の写真と違う状態で、なかなか見つけられずに焦りました。 結局サポートに電話して事なきを得ましたが、セルフチェックインの形態だとこれは大事な事だと思いました。 »

"Hôtel incroyable de par sa taille, son histoire et des services proposés. On pourrait y passer une journée entière sans s’ennuyer. Le parc à l’intérieur de l’hôtel est magnifique. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu accès au petit déjeuner japonais, mais l’occidental était très bon, le service était impeccable, sauf à l’accueil où nous avions déposé nos bagages pour la journée, au retour nous avons été gentillement été envoyés sur le côté sans nous expliquer que c’était en fait au niveau inférieur."

"Wonderful hotel, but as other reviewers said made to feel like a criminal for having a small tattoo at the spa. The irony is that my tattoo is Hawaiian and this is supposed to be a resort honoring Hawaiian culture. I followed instructions and covered it up, but I was only allowed to use the onsen at night (exceptionally) when all guests had left - I wasn’t allowed to use it the day after despite having paid full price for spa use."
