« It could be a lovely place, but some other guests are super loud and my room was not ready before 7 pm ! The reception people are great as they tried to do their best ... But unfortunately it doesn't help with the noise during the night for other guests, doors super loudly ! The room was confortable and again the people working around are just lovely and helpful ! »

« We booked this place based on the location map, which placed the property walkable to our daughter’s apartment. We received an email from VRBO the day of check in with a different location, then an email from the owner giving us yet a third location, at least a 15 minute drive from my daughter’s apartment. The apartment had NO toilet paper, which was not easily remedied at 9:00pm when we arrived. The final nail in the coffin was the upstairs neighbor who was doing some sort of frenzy of...

« The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6...

9.4 sur 10, Exceptionnel, (40 avis)
« Overall a good stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well kept, which made it an easy spot to settle into. One thing worth flagging for future guests: the host lives on site, staying in the basement floor of the property. That wasn't mentioned in the listing, and it caught us off guard. It didn't ruin anything, but it's the kind of detail you'd want to know going in, so I'd suggest the host add it to the description. »
