« Dès la réception ce fut une catastrophe. Aucune aide pour le transport des bagages dans cet hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles. Le réceptionniste me demande de choisir l’heure du petit déjeuner avec 2 créneaux horaires 7h-8h ou 8h-9h je lui indique 8h-9h et là il me dit que ce n’est pas possible. ????. Il m’annonce que la wifi ne fonctionne pas à l’hôtel et il me demande de payer ma chambre alors que j’ai déjà payé en ligne. Aucune attention aux clients et pas capable de lire correctement la fiche...

Rien n’a été dans cet hôtel qui n’est loin d’être un 4 étoiles. Il faut revoir votre copie. "
