![Not much traveling to reach here as a rather local visit.  I had never heard of this place prior to visit.  What a delightful attraction if you fancy having a lazy afternoon though pack a picnic or pop into the cafe as the local pub do not serve food during the day. "The room was very clean , staff were very friendly. Only disappointment was total lack of drawers and very little wardrobe space. Geared more to 1-2 night stays and we were there for 6\. Great food and really lovely setting"

"Our stay at the vine was lovely, Pros convenient right in the centre, Loverly friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, tea coffee facilities. Cons, steep narrow stairs upto the top floor, really squeaky floor boards in the room kept waking others up in the room when getting up to use the bathroom in the night. Second time I’ve stayed and would definitely visit again. "

"I checked in around 9pm the guy on the reception was very friendly and welcoming. Very ambient and relaxed environment. Very cooperative staff need ironing so they provided all what I need. Beds are good with privacy curtains, so get your own little space. Not sure about the kitchen, food and wifi bcs haven’t tried. Overall experience really good feels like I am home. Next time I am definitely coming in this fraction of price"

"Great location for the shops and restaurants, room clean and tidy, didn’t have very much interaction with staff apart from checking in, very pleasant lady and gave us information about the hotel, the only thing that lets the hotel down is the the common areas and stairways are very tired and some areas the carpet is very worn, but this wouldn’t stop us staying in the future "
