"I was in the annex rooms upstairs. The guy in the room beside me was on his phone on hands free from 12:30pm until 1:30am and I could hear his full conversation with his wife. The walls are just too thin. I could hear him going to the toilet at night also. - Try to get a room inside the actual hotel would be my advice."

"Where do i start; i came up with the stay on a whim, i have 2 girls, who wanted one thing: the pool. And it was absolutely perfect, thank you 😊 Im terrible with names, but special thanks to the restaurant manager, and the front of house receptionist (for sorting my girls with a brush) who made our stay even better. No heat in room provided and it wasn’t rectified despite my complaints. No hot water in bath and when I wanted to leave and book another hotel I was told no one could assist me.
