"社員旅行ではじめて利用させて頂きましたが、レストラン、温泉、眺望、施設、スタッフの皆さんの全てが完璧でした。ホテル内には＂砂蒸し風呂＂もあり、温泉大浴場と併せ癒されました。また、1番楽しみにしていたのが食事でしたが、指宿唯一のフレンチレストランでの創作フレンチコース料理とベテランソムリエの方がチョイスしたワインが素晴らしかった事と、我々ホテルユーザーにとっての最後のイベントが朝食ですが、フレッシュな食材の料理に感動しました。また伺わせて頂きます！"

"指宿駅から徒歩だと20分ほどかかりますが、周囲はたいへん静かでゆっくりと過ごせます。今となっては昭和レトロな部屋も風情があります。スタッフさんも大変気さくで親切でした。徒歩圏内に夕食がとれる場所は見つけることができませんでしたので、必要なら夕食込みで予約がベターと思います。午前中に2本ほど、指宿駅経由で砂むし会館へ行けるバスの停留所が、徒歩2,3分の所にありました。"

"今次租了兩個禁煙房子，房子很舊、地毯非常髒，而且房內有很濃烈的煙臭味，沒有訓得好，鼻子也發炎！酒店的餐廳，服務員態度不友善，而且食物水平一般。可以的話，不要在那餐廳吃飯。唯獨高興的是，溫泉真的不錯！戶外有5個池！"

"We had a fantastic stay here with our two year old and four month old. The baths were great and also had a sauna and cold pool, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were superb and there was a menu in English. Our host Sarina was wonderful. The hot sand onsen is a short walk from the hotel and was very easy to get to. We loved the small touches for the children with the kids’ yukata robe and Anpanman slippers and the manager brought our car right to the front to help us load up in the rain. A brilliant traditional Japanese inn stay that comes highly recommended from us"
