"Unfortunately we were held up along the way and arrived in the dark. And by dark, I really mean dárk, as it was loadshedding on top of it. We just went straight to bed. The next morning we could really see our accommodation and appreciate the room. The only negative comment that I do have is that the lady that was on duty in the morning was not very professional and could not communicate properly. "They confirmed my booking via telephone a day before my arrival day then when I get there I don't have a room, they gave someone else a room. Out of all the reasons they said people booking via Expedia normally don't arrive and end up cancelling hence they gave away a room but their check in is at 14:00, I arrived an hour before the room has been given to someone else who came before me. I didn't sleep at Bon Voyage "
