« O wifi não funcionava muito bem em nosso apartamento. As instalações são excelentes e o atendimento maravilhoso. O apartamento foi muito bem limpo todos os dias. O café da manhã não apresenta a mesma variedade de um hotel brasileiro, mas é muito gostoso (especialmente as medialunas) e frequentemente reposto. A vista do hotel para as montanhas e o Canal Beagle é um espetáculo. Vale muito a pena! »

« L’Hotel Lennox est très bien situé, au milieu de la rue du shopping, San Martin. Chambre et sdb spacieuses. Très bonne isolation lumineuse et sonore. Mobilier style argentin, donc un peu sombre. Le personnel est agréable et parle anglais. Le restaurant avec vue, au 4\* étage sert des petits déjeuners complets le matin, et on peut y manger très correctement à midi ou le soir. Bonne viande cuite à la convenance. Recettes locales de fruits de mer. Les prix sont vraiment très abordables Espaces...

"Très beau logement. Près de tout. Personnel gentil et accommodant. Réception une rue plus loin. Pour les couches tôt, une académie de danse très bruyante jusqu'à environ 21- 22 hr le soir (et même beaucoup plus le samedi) ce qui peut être un problème."

"Très bel hôtel décoré avec goût, la chambre était parfaite, avec tous les équipements nécessaires, et offrait une jolie vue. Le spa et la piscine sont exceptionnels, chauffés à température idéale, avec une incroyable vue sur les montagnes, et le personnel est vraiment au petit soin. Nous avons également reçu de belles attentions pour mon anniversaire et notre voyage de noces, avec un gâteau, des chocolats, et un petit mot très touchant. Cependant, gros problème : nous n’avons pas pu prendre une douche dans notre chambre. L’eau des robinets était constamment marron, ce qui était vraiment décevant, surtout que nous attendions avec impatience un bain avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons dû nous doucher avec des bouteilles d’eau minérale chauffées dans une bouilloire, ce qui a été très désagréable. L’hôtel n’a pas proposé de dédommagement financier, mais nous a offert un late checkout (jusqu’à 18h) et des boissons. Malgré ces gestes, l’expérience a été mitigée. Dommage, car l’hôtel avait beaucoup de potentiel."
