"This is my third time staying there, and to be honest the fact that there is no one there to talk to for any issues that arise is pretty annoying. The rooms are pleasant, the shower heads are way too low and I don't like having to transport the attractive but giant toiletries into the shower with me or that the towels are outside the bathroom. Someone left a VIP voucher for me to get a dessert at the local hotel, but by the time I get to my room I have already eaten so what's the use? I wish the codes for the rooms came to me in a more instant way like SMS, when you arrive tired at night and then have to go searching for the codes in the app, email etc. it's not ideal."
