« This is a very old unique property was built around 1900 so be prepared for a unique experience. Small coffee shop large dining room and fabulous food. »

« I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. The staff is welcoming, breakfast is very nice (waffles!!). I really appreciated the amenities in the room. Restaurants are 5 min walk with some nice possibilities. The only negative point is the noise insulation between rooms, I could hear everything from my neighbors. »

« Sure it’s not exactly the cutest place we’ve stayed in but the staff was helpful and the room was fine! Special thanks to the young man who was at the reception, he did a great job welcoming us and was ready to help! »

Our desire would be to stay at your location for our upcoming visits! And we pray that God blesses you all in a rich and meaningful way! Once again, thank you for having us as your guests! »

« This was our first time visiting Modoc County and we are so happy we booked Gooseloop Getaway for our 4-night stay. This lovely home is THE BEST place to stay when visiting Alturas and for day trips throughout gorgeous Modoc County. So quiet and peaceful, set amongst the trees yet just a few minutes drive to town. Entire house was extremely clean and updated. So many amenities - TV’s, great WiFi service, barbeque and patio set outside. Air conditioning was nice to have on a few warm days. If...
