"Checked in and unpacked and had to leave for an event. Noticed immediatly that the bathroom was covered in dirty boot debris and the shower had remnants of some kind of chemicals in it. "It’s awesome! Brand new and beautiful. We got in at 1:30 in the morning and the staff was there to greet us and was great. Breakfast and the breakfast staff were amazing. And every room has amazing blackout curtains. I slept like a rock."

"There was food left in the fridge when we got to the room. They did not have the breakfast buffet like it was advised when we booked the room because it was being renovated. If we would have known that we would have stayed somewhere else. We left in the middle of the night on the 2nd night because there was a dog barking next door, people fight across the hall and the hallway smelled like weed. We drove 15 hours to come visit and was not able to get any sleep before heading back home. It was very disappointing and misleading. The breakfast buffet was one of the reasons i choose this hotel because it looked better then everyone else's. "

"An adequate website description the room was filthy. There was food on the furniture, stains all over the carpet. There was a foul odor in the room. The owner was very rude. Refused to give me my money back or my deposit. The hot tub was not accessible. it was filled with concrete. The pool room stunk and was extremely cold. "
