"Really fun little hotel, with super helpful staff, who took care of our every need. The larger rooms on the first floor are really great, with a bathtub in the room and nice decor. We did have a night in a second floor room also- just a bit small for us- we’ve been traveling for a while so have more stuff than someone on a weekend away- though still lovely decor and nice and quiet. We used this hotel as a base to explore the area of Friesland and were really happy with the choice."

"Het vakantiepark is voorzien van woningen die direct aan het water liggen en voorzien van aanlegsteigers. Vanaf hier kun je vissen. Je vangt ook vis. Op het park is het erg rustig en voor waterliefhbbers het ultieme. In Akkrum is niets te beleven. Wel enkele restaurants. Bakker,slager en supermarkt ook aanwezig."

"Een geweldige uitvalsbasis om lekker te fietsen. Dat wij dat hebben gedaan met windkracht 6 en af en toe slagregens heeft het er niet minder mooi op gemaakt, schitterende omgeving. Vooralsnog vonden we het jammer dat we “ achter” zaten maar ook daar vindt je een voordeel. In de late middag, zo net na het douchen omdat je de hele dag gefietst hebt en voor het eten kan je hier voortreffelijk in het zonnetje even bijkomen. We hebben genoten van de Bourgondische maaltijd ( had zelfs wel wat...

"The location was good and very peaceful, but also close to the shopping area, which was nice. The staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the bed which was shown at the time of booking was different from the beds available when we reached the hotel. We booked at this hotel specifically because we thought there would be one whole, solid double bed. Instead, the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, with no mattress pad on top. Apparently the hotel had just been renovated and...

"Beautiful large room, excellent view, great sitting areas inside and out. Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Very cool hotel. Great walkability. "

"Locatie is uniek, door grote tuin met natuurlijke vijver. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten in de omgeving. Ook voor eigenaren met honden is het een perfecte locatie. In de omgeving zijn diverse wandelmogelijkheden. Accomodatie is ruim voor 2 personen. Perfect wanneer je van rust en stilte houdt."

"Spent 3 nights with my family in this wonderful accommodation. Great location, easy to get anywhere in Drachten, while being is a safe, secluded place for a quiet sleep, with horses grazing at a distance in front of your panorama window. Super clean, well equipped, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, bedrooms, everything worked, especially the air conditioning was a blessing during the tropical nights! Very friendly host, accommodating to all our needs. To be repeated."
