No water I couldn't wash myself, a/c bearly working, no internet connection, no bar to have a coffe fresh water, no restaurant to have a meal, staff barely talking at all in any language....realy sad atmosphere. "Great hotel to stay for business purposes, clean facility, prices great and it's worth the experience. I had a wonderful time here with my business partners. I will definitely visit this hotel again. Friendly management team, got to interact with the manager and director who were very helful to me. Some of the amenities are a little worn out and needs updates and repairs but other than that is very minor issues giving the age of the building. But security is wonderful too."

"L'Hôtel est situé dans le centre de Yaoundé mais à l'écart de la circulation et à l'ombre des arbres dans un cadre très agréable. Restaurant -bar agréable avec terrasse. Chambre en bon état général, climatisation efficace et silencieuse. La salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite en particulier la baignoire mais c'est OK pour prendre une douche, avec une bonne pression d'eau. Propreté OK."

"No response received. Tried to give 48 hours notice of cancellation (within 24 hrs of purchase) and yet have been charged for the full amount of 3 nights with breakfast. Paid for taxes and breakfasts that I did not even have and refused to give any refunds, saying that it is all non-refundable. Use taxes should also be applicable to hotels, not just airlines."
