"Wir haben natürlich keine hohen Ansprüche, aber dass die Decken bzw.die Türrahmen so niedrig sind,hätte man im Inserat durchaus angeben können/müssen. Mein Mann hat sich sogar eine ca 6cm lange Platzwunde zugezogen, welche noch vor Ort behandelt werden musste. Desweiteren wurde der Garten und der Hof so gut angepriesen. Nur dass der Garten komplett zugewuchert war und völlig ungepflegt, stand nicht im Inserat. Eine Dusche im OG ist undicht, da floss das Wasser ins Nachbarzimmer, somit mussten...

"It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered."
