"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. "Amazing hotel with wonderful views. The pool was stunning, tennis court was great and available after sunset. Room was incredibly spacious. Reception staff speak perfect English and could answer all my requests. Breakfast was nice and restaurant and bar offer affordable and delicious coctails and snacks. The only disadvantage were little flies flying in the room which were annoying."
