"Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. "Staff and amenities were absolutely amazing. The room definitely needed some updating and more lighting. But we are aware they are renovating the resort. The food was good, they switched up the menu for dinner each night at the buffet. Beach was flawless, perfect sand, no rocks, no shells, always calm, not super deep. Pools were great, also cleaned daily. The grounds are meticulously maintained daily. Beach cleaned daily. The night time entertainment was fun, suggest to do a line dancing class so guest can learn the dances. Also, maybe add in some more updated music, lots of oldies but goodies. This was a small resort with not a ton of people, (mid November) Everyone was extremely nice and a true joy to be around. I would have loved to spend more time at the pools, but couldn’t stay away from the beach. We had a flawless time and I can’t wait until I can go back again."
