"We enjoyed the experience of sleeping so close to the animals. Game drives were exciting and very informative. We thoroughly enjoyed having Chu-Chu as our ranger on 2 of the drives. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Bakubang for making this such a delightful experience. We will be back! "

"The stay was an utter disappointment. Very very noisy guests, loud music, screaming and shouting and loud parties. Impossible to relax and enjoy the mountains. Some guests were even driving up and down with music blasting from their cars. Check in was good and security at the gate very friendly. Depending on your unit you have to carry your luggage from your car a fair distance to the chalet. They should get golf carts to assist with this. The resort should really clamp down on noisy guests day...

"The Spier is a lovely vineyard with good accommodation. They are now starting a complete renovation of the hotel and keeping all their staff on as part of the plan . I have always felt completely safe and cared for within the hotel grounds . A wonderful breakfast in the sunshine is the perfect way to start the day . There are many things to do swimming , cycling , walking , visit the hotel vegetable garden and see the birds enroute . I look forward to visiting Spier next year after its...
