I would recommend a more comfortable firmer mattress. The bed and pull out bed both make noises when you turn over, making it very easy to wake the other person up. Its not next to the beach. Its north of the street. Beach was nice and the chair service is a plus. We did think the beach was a little closer but it didnt bother us a bit! Walk was short and easy. Recommend bringing a beach wagon, it made it so much easier. ##### Shannon A.
