Although I contacted customer help and was told that local staff would address it, there was no sign of any action taken, and the issue was never resolved- Even though I had purchased a late checkout in advance (not just minutes before the original checkout time, I did it the day before), the door code was changed at the original checkout time and we were locked outWe managed to improve the dishwasher smell by running several heavy-duty cycles, but it was very unpleasant at the beginning. The door code issues were especially frustrating, particularly while traveling with children. Customer support did respond in a timely manner, but considering all of these problems, I cannot say the stay was worth the cost.Also, there was no hair dryer provided.That said beach access was absolutely excellent. ##### Aiko K. But you have the option to drive across if you can find parking. The resort HOA does not allow beach canopies so only umbrellas. The complex is gated & as a single mom traveling with her son I felt very safe. The pool was clean, beach was beautiful, and the golf course looked very nice-although I do not golf lol. There are some small changes to this particular condo that I think would be helpful: the door to the laundry didn’t stay closed (a bit annoying when opening the outside door) and there are missing outlet covers in the smaller bedroom.
