We selected this location to avoid all those issues, and our vacation was very much a success! We LOVED the location. Just a short walk to the beach & everything was beautiful. Loved the activities available for kids. Loved the free beach service. The unit we selected (#418) was affordable and as advertised. It needs updating (part of why it was so affordable), however there appeared to be black mold on the ceiling in multiple rooms, and we did have a large cockroach visit us in the bathroom. There was an old notebook full of entries of previous guests, but it was literally full since 2018\. So the place kind of seemed somewhat neglected that the owner wouldn't even put in a new notebook.
