I will definitely book again at Holiday Isle but perhaps a different unit. The living area was clean but felt dirty simply because of how the walls had been painted and/or stained. Even the fire alarm had paint/stain on it. Otherwise, the unit was indeed clean and rather nice! The location was ideal on the second floor right near the elevators. Sadly, one elevator was out of service for part of the stay. Sometimes things like that just happen. The reception and customer service was EXCELLENT!!! The room was also nice!! BUT the cleanliness of the room was something else!! I dont like wearing shoes in the house so of course i didn't wear them in the room!! Sad to say before l could put my shoes on or get in bed my feet were black so I needed to wash them!! The floor hasnt been mopped in quite a while!! Also the couch felt damp!! Not sure what kind of bugs were on the couch but there were a few!! When we went to the beach our last night there the guy that sets up the umbrella and chairs was VERY rude!!
