Chateau La Mer II Sunny Days 403 is a spacious and bright one-bedroom condo with a beautiful kitchen, cozy den and lovely bathroom. Located in a private spot on the second floor, renters enjoy the private, back balcony and front patio overlooking the pool. 

Sunny Days 403 is just steps away from our deeded, beach access which features a large sitting deck overlooking the beach.  There is a 65-inch Smart TV in the den and Smart TV in the bedroom with advanced cable, free Netflix and more. The apartment features a full-size washer and dryer on the balcony, as well as a beach wagon and toys in the interior hall closet. 
The cottage-white kitchen is accented by quartz countertops and sea glass backsplash.  Pull-out drawers and cabinets provide many dishes, pots and pans to use; or enjoy take-out at the pub-style dinette.
The condo features stainless-steel appliances including refrigerator with filtered water and ice, dishwasher and microwave. Renters enjoy the spacious, vaulted ceiling and electric fireplace in the den.  The large bedroom features elegant furniture, a mounted smart TV and lovely view off the balcony. 
Sunny Days 403 will make you feel right at home while on vacation so you can enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches and pristine emerald waters of the Gulf of America.

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Beach service is from March 6th through October 25th 8:00am - 4:00pm

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
