The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026. Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us. Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience. SunDestin Beach Resort offers the perfect vacation accommodation, located just steps from the magnificent white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin, FL. The Scenic Stays team is available 24 hours a day to assist you via our front desk. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom are inviting spaces to unwind after an action-packed day, and the master bathroom conveniently offers a spacious walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all appliances, storage space and counterspace needed to make your favorite meals. The dining table seats up to six guests with additional seating at the bar. The living room offers breathtaking views of the gulf to relax in. The balcony provides seating for two, ideal for sipping coffee while taking in the warm gulf breeze in the morning or kicking your feet up and watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico in the evenings. This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental features cozy sleeping options for up to six guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With picturesque views of the gorgeous beaches and a truly at-home atmosphere, SunDestin 1801 – SixSons Destiny Condo can easily become your favorite vacation go-to for years to come. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property.
