The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026. Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us. Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience. Located in the heart of Destin, FL is SunDestin Beach Resort. This large property boasts many amenities, including an outdoor and indoor pool, where you can take a break from the sand. Take a dip in our outdoor hot tub to relax or sit in the sauna for a while. Get a quick workout in the fitness center. A couple of the seasonal amenities include a tiki bar and beach chairs and umbrellas that can be rented for an additional fee. SunDestin 1204 is a bright and airy one-bedroom condo with sleeping for six guests. When you walk in, you’ll see the bedroom with a king bed and a TV. A full bath can be accessed from the bedroom and a half bath is accessible from the hall for guest convenience. Twin bunks are in the hallway- they’re great for kids. Walk into the common area and find the open kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The dining room table seats four and the living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Walk through the sliding door to find sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. This one-bedroom rental has everything you need for a great Destin escape. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs. Just minutes from Sundestin is the Destin Harbor, where there’s plenty of ways to enjoy the best part of the Emerald Coast - the gorgeous waters. Grab a few waverunner rentals or a larger pontoon boat to take to Crab Island for the day. End your day at Harborwalk Village, or head across the street for dinner at McGuire’s Destin. One thing that rubbed us the wrong way: We were emailed twice asking if we would like to stay longer. We could not, but when our flight was changed it was like pulling teeth to keep the room longer when no one was even going to be in it for two days. They gave us an extra hour till 11\. We asked for till 2\. Our flight had been changed to 7 that evening. On top of that, the cleaning lady came twice in a bad mood when we explained we had the place for an extra hour. Whoopee! Then to top off, I was called after we left the unit at 11:30 to see if we had left the unit. All that was a total turn off to end a vacation.
