The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026. Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us. Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience. The kitchen is loaded with everything you might need to prepare light snacks, frozen libations, and full meals, all of which can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for four. Take in breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony or while relaxing comfortably in the cozy living room with flat-screen TV. Slumber peacefully on the sleeper sofa bed in the living room or on the king-sized bed in the private master suite, complete with flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom for added convenience. The resort is centrally located, so take advantage of all the fun activities Destin has to offer. Rent a pontoon boat, waverunners, or a kayak and enjoy a day on the water, or head to Destin Commons for lunch/dinner, a movie, and an afternoon spent browsing boutiques and shops! Loved the water pressure in the unit( I have very thick hair) i didn’t have to spend forever rinsing the shampoo out. Beach service was great. Each time the air condition kicked on it sounded like a freight train coming through the bedroom. Having a full service restaurant and a great store downstairs (with bagged ice to purchase daily) was awesome! Beautiful beach view, however while setting up our umbrella on the beach My family & I had gentleman tell us we cannot set up a personal umbrella due to an accident that occurred “17 years ago” very odd….. I understand policies but this one just doesn’t make sense to me. I think Administrators should have guest sign a waiver instead telling them they’re not allowed to bring they own merchandise to a public beach. Of course it’s another tactic for property to make money by having guest to rent umbrellas from Sundestin. A/C doesn’t work in hallways it was very hot!!!! ##### Laquana B. Aug 13, 2021 #### Disappointing and unexpected The beautiful beach, an incredible view from our balcony and 2 helpful employees saved my review from being an overall “1”. This place is very old and unrenovated. Layers of paint with dirty, old and stained paint underneath. Light switches, doors, etc black and grey with dirt. Plumbing rusted. Doors won’t close due to coming apart from water damage. Bucket under kitchen sink to catch leaking water. Our condo was very dirty- obviously not cleaned. Towels were obviosly dirty, refolded and hanging “for our use- no way!) brown, hair, etc! Bathroom mirrors sprayed with lines of off-color sticky stuff. Fridge dirty from food spills. I could go on. But you get the idea. End it wasn’t just a room, I didn’t see anybody cleaning except to mop up water on the floor. So sad.
