SunDestin Unit 1611 is a charming one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. We stay here every year, for the past 6 years. The whole place is always clean, the employees are nice. There is a restaurant inside the building, and it is very good. A gift store inside, with snacks and beverages, and very cute souvenirs. Outside pool, indoor pool and a kids outdoor water play place. I would highly recommend this place. The hotel has a community indoor pool and community outdoor hot tub. The outdoor pool was closed due to construction but they do have one whenever the construction is over. They have a few spray fountains for little kids that can not swim yet. Fudpucker’s Bar and Restaurant inside lobby as well as a gift shop. The pull out bed cushions have multiple stains on them. On the second night around 12pm we had someone bang on our door so loudly it sounded like they were trying to break in our room. The accommodations and ease of access to the beach was excellent. The restaurant, store, pools, beachside, and condo all in one location made it easy to enjoy beach.
