The gorgeous conference room boasts a picturesque space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Upon entering SunDestin 1118, you will be welcomed with a spacious, open layout along with updated bedding, décor and appliances throughout. The condo had most of all the cooking equipment needed for home cooked meals. Check in and checkout process was very simple. Only down the inside pool closes at sunset which was kinda inconvenient. It made it so convenient to throw away trash and keep our room tidy. We also loved that we had our own washer and dryer so that we could keep fresh towels throughout our stay. The balcony view is just perfect because you can see not only the ocean but all these City Life and it is a cross from big kahunas and the track. We loved that there was an on-site restaurant and outside tiki bar. The only suggestion I would have is maybe putting mats in front of the doors that go into the hotel from the inside pool. Not only did my son fall but so did my daughter and my other son slipped. I know it is not easy to put Mats in an area that will constantly be wet but maybe rubber mats could help with the slip.
