SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splash pad. Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We want to ensure you're informed in advance so you can plan your stay accordingly. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience. Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street. With a 24-hour on-site desk, the Scenic Stays team is always available for anything you need. Features of this spectacular resort include outdoor and indoor pools (heated seasonally) and an outdoor hot tub, perfect for switching it up from the beach. A gift shop is right in the lobby, so it's easy to find souvenirs for everyone back home. Additional seasonal amenities include a splash pad, which is great for the kids in your group and beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). SunDestin is the perfect spot for your next trip to the Emerald Coast. As soon as you enter SunDestin 1116, you see a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with a large island, perfect for preparing food after a day soaking up the sun. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living area, both with great views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. The living area has a pull-out sofa and a large TV where you can enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. The balcony has seating for two and is a front row seat to watch the sunset each evening. With sleeping in the living room and a king size bed in the master, there’s enough room for four guests in this updated one-bedroom condo. One full bathroom and a half bath offers convenience for everyone. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs. Located less than four miles from the resort is Harborwalk Village, with plenty of shopping and dining. It’s a great way to spend time off the sand. Unit 1116 was very good, we spent a few very quiet and relaxing days in this place, everything was wonderful, only the sofa and carpet were a little stained but it did not affect our stay at all, of course we will return one day. Very nice condo, small but it worked for our needs. I do have a couple things, but again they weren’t that big of a deal, but might be to some. The splash pad was nice when it worked to its full ability, the sprinklers were inconsistent on which ones were working at which time, but it did work and the kids liked it for the time we spent in it. Also, the garbage bags are tiny and very thin, wish we would have brought our own but again not a big deal. Check in went smoothly. They tell you to see the concierge office, and while they do give you some good info if you want discounts you need to sit through a presentation and we weren’t interested in that. If you’re traveling with kids go to the on-site restaurant Pelican Roost and get the refillable cups. They were $17.99 I think and they get free soft drink refills. This also works at the popular restaurant Fudpuckers. We wish we would have realized this at the beginning of our stay and not the end of it. We didn’t utilize the store, everything seemed to be very pricey ##### Taylor S.
