The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026. Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us. Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience. Right on the crystal-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico sits SunDestin Beach Resort. It’s located right in the heart of Destin, with everything you need for a great vacation on-site or close by. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24-hour front desk. Amenities of the resort include outdoor and indoor pools (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, a gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals in the lobby and more! Additional seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to be where you’ll have the best beach trip ever. In SunDestin 609, you’ll find views of the gulf just down the short entry hall. On your left, you’ll pass the bedroom and two bathrooms- one full and one half bath. A completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen has plenty of room to cook meals and offers a breakfast bar, seating for three people, perfect to enjoy morning coffee. The dining nook has a high-top table for two and the living area has a sofa and a TV where you can enjoy the evening after a day in the sun. Wall to wall glass has a sliding door leading to the balcony, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. A queen-sized sofa bed in the living area and a king-sized bed in the master means there’s enough room for four guests in this coastal one-bedroom condo. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs. SunDestin Beach Resort lies right in the middle of Destin, with Big Kahuna’s and The Track less than a mile away and shopping and dining just four miles west at Harborwalk Village. Walk down the boardwalk along the Destin Harbor to find plenty more activities, such as charter fishing, dolphin cruises, and parasailing. The best part of the resort is that the beach is just steps away from the front door of SunDestin 609\. Beautiful resort, perfectly located within minutes of shopping, food, and more. Pool was never over crowded. Views of the beach from the condo were fabulous too. Room was clean and super cozy. Spacious for just us two, but would easily accommodate a family with younger children. We found zero issues at all with this property and will definitely return for future trips. ##### BreAnna R. Séjour de 6 nuits en septembre 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### maria s. 10 sept. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Very nice room Booking the property was very easy although there was a minor mistake and they overcharged me but refunded me promptly the room itself is very nice the bed was lovely the air conditioning worked great the bathroom doors are a bit outdated but nothing major so the room itself I would give an A+ it was very clean But beware while we were on the beach one afternoon someone stole my husband‘s shoes that we left to walk in the sand and another man overheard us saying it and he said his were still stolen as well I asked front desk if they had security cameras so that we could see the klepto but they didn’t have cameras which is very odd but anyway other than that minor problem and the fact that’s several guest were smoking weed openly and freely on the beach the stay was very nice It’s going to be legal sooner or later but If we would have had children with us I would have had to say something to the people because seriously who wants to sit on the beach to try to relax and then get high from the grossness of weed. I don’t know if it’s a September thing being that we have never been in September but the seaweed was absolutely horrible we have been to Destin 14 years And we have never once had a problem with seaweed like it was this past week and the jellyfish were horrible as well nothing to do with the property but just a little note I would rent here again ##### maria s. Great balcony view, although I wish the balcony furniture was taller so you can actually see over the balcony. The bed was very comfortable, the condo was clean, and it was nice having two toilets.
