So if you are a smoker this condo is not for you. This unit is located at the entrance with a partial Gulf view and a very short walk to the beach. My boys really enjoyed the golf course as well. It was a pleasant surprise that chair service was included. I would recommend a new/better dryer. It was nice to have a washer/dryer, but our stuff didn't get dry or it took a very long time. Also, the dishwasher needs to be screwed in. ##### Erin M. The rooms/beds were perfect for us- twin beds for our preteen boys with their own bathroom, then the master suite with a king size bed, private balcony and bathroom!
