Enjoy spectacular, unobstructed panoramic views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico on the Emerald Coast. Just step out to the white sand beaches from the resort, there’s no street to cross. Our condo blends coastal beauty with the comfort of a home, offering essential amenities and modern updates for an inviting and stylish beach retreat. Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and kitchen essentials including tableware, pots, and pans. In addition to the king bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with a tub, and there is a second full bathroom in the hallway. All beds, including the sleeper sofa bed, have brand-new cool gel memory foam mattresses. There are two large smart flat-screen TVs in the unit, each with own cable box. Enjoy super high-speed complimentary Wi-Fi in our unit and throughout the resort. For your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry room on every floor. Pelican Beach Resort is a beachfront property conveniently situated in the heart of Destin, offering excellent dining and shopping options nearby. It is also located right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park and Track Destin. Additionally, a variety of recreational activities are available in the vicinity. The resort features a private beach, along with 5 seasonally heated pools, including 1 indoor/outdoor pool, 1 zero-entry outdoor swimming pool, 1 outdoor pool with a dolphin fountain and waterfall, 1 kiddie pool, and 1 lakeside pool. There are also 2 hot tubs for guests to enjoy. Other amenities include a fitness center with a sauna and steam room, a Tiki Bar (seasonal), an onsite café (seasonal), an arcade room, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball hoop, gas grills and outdoor eating area, EV chargers, and vending machines. In addition, there is a 24/7 front desk and private security. Come and relax in this lovely home away from home! All Pelican Beach units, balconies, and common areas are smoke-free. The location was perfect for sitting on the balcony and watching the Gulf. It was relatively tranquil and peaceful considering it was Memorial Day weekend. The unit we stayed in was everything it said it was. My only suggestion would be to have some plastic ware to take on the beach. You have direct access to the beach and is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and attractions. We saw many dolphins while spending time on the balcony. The one thing we did not like was having to wear a bracelet the entire visit. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. ##### Margy C. We met lots of other travelers during the week. The weather was beautiful although there was a hurricane in Florida's while we were there. The gulf views are terrific from the unit.
