We didn’t know where the office was. No one told us how to get to the beach we had to find someone that was staying there and they let us know. There was a lot of construction going on that week on the building so it was loud. When we booked we didn’t know that there was a “quiet time” that we had to abide by. We didn’t know we were paying for HOA fees either. They did leave us some dish washing and laundry stuff but there wasn’t a dishwasher in the unit and i have no idea where the laundry was. I was very disappointed upon arrival to find out that the property did not measure up as the condo that was described. I understood it was one bedroom, which is what I wanted, however There was not a kitchen so only a sink and mini fridge, no stove, no dishwasher, no washer and dryer, and no beach service as promised. Even the confirmation emails indicated that all of this was present on the property and it was not until arrival that I found out it was not. While the management made effort to work with me, I was refunded the amount of beach service, however I do not feel I was compensated for this error and false advertising. Additionally, There was only one working elevator on the entire property so wait times were long often to find a full elevator with no room. ##### Sara C.
