Offers a king in the master bedroom with balcony and ensuite bathroom access, a smaller guest bedroom with a full over full bunk bed plus direct access to the second bathroom. This condo sleep 6 guests comfortably. A washer/dryer for your convenience, and a spacious living room. All the rooms have flat screen tv's if you want to relax after a long day at the beach. The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges, and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area, and whirlpool spa.  
  
The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.   
  
The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.  
  
Seasonal shuttle to Public Beach, Destin Commons, & Harborwalk Village. Henderson State Park at a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. #### False advertising - Beware

The property was falsely advertised as being on the ocean. We quickly determined that there was nothing that was going to be done to correct the issue, so we had no choice but to stay at the assigned unit. Upon entry we found the unit had several issues including: a broken doorwall, broken drapes, broken toilet. We were very disappointed, and wish we would have chosen another resort to stay at. Beware!!

#### Average Condo

It was a nice condo complex and location was great! The pool area was good and our kids loved it! We fit comfortably in the condo as a family of six. There were a lot of things going on that were out of control of the owners, though. We couldn’t use the balcony without smelling weed, we could hear everything in the condo above us, and overall it was a busy and loud place! A couple of things to note inside the condo that could use some attention: stains on the couch, table was dirty when we arrived, and it could use some additional fans. It’s hot in Florida and with having to keep the air at 70 degrees, it was still warm during the day and night. We even kept all the blinds and shades pulled to keep it cool. We didn’t contact RealJoy during our stay about these items because there was nothing really for them to do to fix them in the moment. Overall we had a great week in Florida! The location was convenient and we didn’t spend a ton of time at the condo. The pictures were staged and the condo doesn’t truly reflect what the pictures show. We would be open to staying at the Palms of Destin in the future, but would not book this specific condo again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and the room was perfect for what we needed. It can get a little loud from time to time, only because other people are in close proximity - so bring a sound machine or your own fan and that will do the trick. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and well stocked. We fit comfortably as a family of 6\. The kitchen had all of the essentials plus a few extras. The beach is a 10 min walk. We didn’t utilize the shuttle. Pools were beautiful. Unfortunately this condo does not have a pool view as stated. I’d suggest adding one small dresser as the bunk room didn’t have any storage for the kids clothes.
